Alex Sarsfield joined Paskert Divers Thompson in 2019 and practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, with concentrations in construction defect claims and suretyship law. Before joining the firm, Alex practiced at a well-respected Tampa law firm where he handled various litigation matters in state and federal court. While in law school, Alex served as President of the FSU Law Moot Court Team and Executive Editor of the FSU Law Business Review. Prior to law school, Alex graduated from the University of South Florida, and taught high school social studies in Tampa.
Alex sits on the Board of Directors for Bay Area Legal Services, through which he donates his time as a pro bono attorney. Alex is also a Member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2022, and is a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
