Elizabeth joined Paskert Divers Thompson in 2024. She practices complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction, suretyship law, and business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth clerked for Judge Robert E. Long, Jr., on Florida’s First District Court of Appeal. In this role, she was exposed to a wide variety of civil and criminal appeals.
Elizabeth graduated from Florida State University College of Law. During law school, she was a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing I and II, an extern at the Division of Administrative Hearings, and a Florida Gubernatorial Fellow at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. She also worked at two statewide law firms.
A Tampa native, Elizabeth spends her free time with her family and lifelong friends.
