Matt Davis joined Paskert Divers Thompson in 2011. Matt’s practice focuses on commercial, construction defect, and surety litigation. He also represents creditors in their collection efforts, including bankruptcy proceedings when necessary. Before joining the firm, Matt worked in the general counsel’s office of the Florida Department of Community Affairs. There, Matt served as the lead attorney on several land use and comprehensive planning disputes before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. He also appeared on behalf of the DCA before various Florida House and Senate committees regarding legislative changes being pursued by the Department. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and Florida Gator athletics.
