Six PDT Attorneys Selected to the 2023 Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

The Firm is pleased to announce that Jeff Paskert, Brett Divers, and Ty Thompson have been recognized as Super Lawyers in Construction Litigation in the 2023 edition of Florida Super Lawyers. Rob Graham and Nathan Diehl were also recognized as Rising Stars in the areas of Civil Litigation – Defense, and Business/Corporate, respectively.  Max McKinley, who recently joined the Firm as an Associate, was also recognized as a Rising Star in Securities Litigation for his work at his prior firm. The Super Lawyers selection process involves peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluation, with only 2.5% of attorneys selected to the Rising Stars list, and 5% selected to the Super Lawyers list.
